It’s almost Fourth of July — time to get rollin’, rollin’ on the Monongahela River. The Monongahela Area Chamber of Commerce and the Monongahela Main Street Program will host a free Fourth of July celebration Tuesday, along with the city’s annual Railroad Street Fair.
