A property in the 400 block of Hill Street in North Belle Vernon has council members — and neighbors — fed up. During Tuesday night’s meeting, several members of council discussed how to best handle the situation, which has grown in severity as neighbors have begun to trap animals. Some young people in the area have begun to break inside, which also presents a safety concern.
