With his future coach in attendance, Belle Vernon’s Quinton Martin could see a position change when he heads to Happy Valley next season. Martin scored four touchdowns in three different ways Friday, helping the Leopards capture a second Interstate Conference championship with a 49-28 win over Elizabeth Forward on The Beach at James Weir Stadium.
