PennDOT revealed its finalized plan for the Arnold City interchange project Tuesday at Rostraver Central fire hall. PennDOT representatives were on hand to discuss the project and answer questions from the public about the Interstate 70 plan, which is tentatively scheduled to begin construction in 2025.
