Florence A. Hughes, 77, of Rostraver Township, died Friday, Dec. 8, 2023. Born in North Charleroi on July 19, 1946, she was the daughter of the late David and Florence Ferguson. Presbyterian by faith, Florence was a credit union manager. She is survived by her son, Bryan W. Hughes of Rostraver; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Linda and Tom Hamer of Rostraver; and nieces, Shelley Hamer and Julie Hamer, both of Baltimore, Md. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Hughes, in 2014. Friends will be received from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at James C.
