Donora Council’s newest members seem intent on doing things their way — so far it’s amounted to changes they’ve asked for over the past few years and promised to bring during their campaigns. The word used most often is “transparency.” It’s at the center of several topics of conversation and at the heart of several changes council seems to want to make.
