There’s a new man in charge of the Ringgold football program and it’s a familiar one that, at one time, was the face of the Rams’ squad. Robert “Bean” Heller, 36, was hired Wednesday by the Ringgold School Board to take over the team, which currently holds the longest losing streak in the WPIAL at 25 games.
