Republican leaders n the Pennsylvania Senate expressed their support Friday for Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s controversial approach to preventing illegal immigration. Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward, R-Hempfield, Majority Leader Joe Pittman, R-Indiana, and Appropriations Committee Chair Scott Martin, R-Lancaster, voiced their support for Abbott’s efforts in a joint statement.
