A 31-year-old Pittsburgh man died after being shot in Charleroi late Monday. Washington County Coroner Tim Warco said Tev Jerod Mungo was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting, which took place around 11 p.m. outside a residence in the 800 block of Lookout Avenue.
