The Elbow Room in McKeesport welcomed guests for the last time Sunday. Hundreds of people packed the restaurant/bar to say goodbye to old friends and to an establishment that has been a local landmark for 67 years. Located at the corner of Rebecca Avenue and Fifth Avenue in the city’s 10th ward, the once-popular restaurant has fallen on hard times in recent years. In a Facebook post, the owners of the Elbow Room announced that they would open for one last time at 3 p.m. Sunday.
