In a plea agreement worked out ahead of time, the appeal of a Rostraver Township commissioner’s summary harassment conviction was partly denied and partly approved. Commissioner John Lorenzo was found guilty in a summary trial last May of three counts of harassment — two counts of harassment by physical contact and one count of harassment with no legitimate purpose.
