Thomas R. Ririe, 59, of Baton Rouge, La., died Monday, Jan. 29, 2024. Born in Monongahela on May 8, 1964, he was the son of the late Donald Johnston Ririe Sr. and Mary Rita Jonas Ririe. Thomas was a chemical engineer working for the oil refineries. He is survived by his partner, Brandon Kelly; brother and sister-in-law, Donald J. Jr. and Susan Ririe; niece, Rachel Ririe (John) Pollina; aunts, Betty Fronzaglio and Jean Ellsworth; uncle, George Jonas; and numerous cousins. Friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township, 724-929-7934, www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com, where a blessing service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Roselo Melloria officiating. Interment will follow in West Newton Cemetery.
