Donora Council will hold a special meeting Monday to approve the final version of its 2024 budget after it was reopened and revised last month. The borough’s new council members, who were sworn in at the beginning of the year, along with members who carried over from the previous term chose to reopen the 2024 spending plan after they had a chance to review the documents.
