Bible ministry program offered to Ringgold schools

A Monongahela resident proposed opening a Bible ministry mentoring program for elementary students in the district at Ringgold School Board’s Wednesday meeting. David Sarkus, a Ringgold graduate and motivational speaker, summarized the program’s intentions, which he said will be provided at no cost to the district.
