Cathy J. Coleman, 66, of Monongahela, died unexpectedly Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in her home. She was born Jan. 7, 1958, in New Eagle, daughter of the late Gary E. Coleman and Rochelle Mae Carr DeZardo. Cathy was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her mother, Sharon Coleman; four daughters, Dena Petticord, Billie Dawson, Nakita Dawson and Jessica Pasquale; 15 grandchildren, Brandon, LaLa, Kendrah, Dre’ya, Jonaya, Kayden, John, Zier, Khai, Remi, Serenity, Josephine, Maria, Scott Jr. and Geno; two sisters, Toni (Bill) Burge and Tracy (Russ) Tomes; companion, Keith Johnson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Patty Ornot and Jane Alice, who died as a toddler; and two grandchildren, RayRay and RayAnna.
