Cereal boxes to fall again at BVA schools

Belle Vernon Area student Lydia Coffee, 9, collected enough money to buy 75 boxes of Girl Scout cookies that will be distributed as a special treat in food bags packed for the Bag Brigade program. The group is preparing for one of its most popular events, a cereal box domino fall next week at Rostraver and Marion elementary schools.

It will all fall down at two Belle Vernon Area elementary schools next week — and we’re not talking about students singing a nursery rhyme. A domino fall involving cereal boxes — an annual tradition now in its fourth year — will take place at Rostraver and Marion elementary schools next week.
