The Charleroi Area School Board addressed concerns raised by the public about safety issues Tuesday night. Parents claimed that students have been assaulted, touched unwillingly and harassed. Some of them blamed Haitian immigrant students, adding that there’s been no disciplinary action regardless of nationality.
