Georgette “Tootsie” Baker, 62, of Coal Center, passed on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Allegheny General Pittsburgh. She was born in North Charleroi, on Dec. 16, 1961, daughter of the late George and Marybelle Porter Grimes Sr. Tootsie was a member of the Roscoe Sportsman Club, Roscoe American Legion Riders, the Legion’s Ladies Auxiliary and the Allenport Rod & Gun Club. Surviving is her husband, Mike Baker; two sons, Mikey (Amy Jo) Baker of West Newton and Justin Baker of Coal Center; four grandchildren, Jesse, Nicholas, Sophia and Carson; two sisters, Tammy (Jeff) Milosevich of Charleroi, and Holly (Dave) Rausch of Smithton; and two brothers, Scott (Terri) Grimes of Charleroi and George (Jen) Grimes Jr. of Granville; and her sister-in-law, Lori Grimes of Brownsville. Tootsie was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Grimes Sr. Visitation will be held from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday April 12, 2024, at MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 1008 Furlong Ave., Roscoe, where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 13, 2024, with the Rev.
