Some will call me crazy, but let’s just say there’s some Bucco Fever running around the Sellew house.
I’m all in on the 2024 Pirates and it goes beyond the good start.
Although, I will admit, the dueling personalities are duking it out on each of my shoulders. It’s not a devil and angel like in the movies, just more like voices.
One just screams, “Yes! Buy the batting practice hat and that shiny new trucker hat from Fanatics.”
The other, I can just imagine the rolling eyes, so much so you can hear it in the imaginary voice. “It’s just a matter of time before they break your heart again, you idiot! These are the Bob Nutting Pirates we’re talking about here.”
Yeah, yeah, I know. But the good Lord knows how much baseball fans in Pittsburgh need this to be real.
It’s not the same recipe for disaster is it?
