Two men have been charged in connection with the shooting death of a Ringgold High School senior. State police charged Karon Whitlock, 20, and Windale Barfield Jr., 19, both of Washington, Pa., with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide and aggravated assault. Annalaya Wilkerson, 18, died and a 17-year-old girl was wounded in the shooting incident, which occurred April 13 near the 500 block of Jolly School Road in South Franklin Township.
