Vulcans’ Hall headed to college dunk contest

California (Pa.) might be a small Division II university, but one of its men’s basketball players will be on one of college basketball’s biggest stages Thursday. Vulcans senior forward Jermaine Hall Jr. was the winner of the State Farm Dark Horse Dunker Contest and will participate in the 2024 King’s Hawaiian Slam Dunk Championship Thursday.
